The chef Sebastian Spychała
Sebastian Spychała began his work under the supervision of Darek Kuźniak in the Revelo restaurant, later he worked in the Polish restaurant, he was the chef in several well-known restaurants in Łódź – these are just some of the places where you could try his cuisine. For over three years, he has been the owner and chef of the family restaurant Piwnica Łódzka, in which he serves dishes that he remembers from childhood in a new version, based on regional products. Sebastian Spychała works in gastronomy for 16 years. For over 9 years as a chef. In 2011, he was the host and teacher at the School of Good Taste (organized as part of the 8th Festival of Good Taste in Łódź) at the side of celebrities – Andrzej Polan and Grzegorz Łapanowski.
